Orders

How Can I track an order?

You will receive an e mail with your tracking number on which can then be tracked.
DPD will notify you when you are to expect your delivery.

What If I’m not going to be home?

You can Change the delivery Day and location to suit you through the DPD link which you will receive.

What If I have received an incorrect order?

Please contact us immediately on sales@palegreyboutique.co.uk and we will look into it for you.

What if my order is faulty?

Please contact us immediately if your order is faulty, your order is checked before it leaves us so this shouldn’t be a problem but in the rare case that it is please take photos and e mail them to us atsales@palegreyboutique.co.uk

Do you accept payments over the phone?

We can do but we prefer you to through the payments page on the site, but if you feel uncomfortable using that then yes of course we can do.

How long will my delivery take?

Delivery is next day if orders are placed before 2pm Monday to Friday.
